The Space
The recently RENOVATED kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a convenient 2-in-1 washer/dryer unit, perfectly meeting all your family’s vacation needs in Hilton Head. The dining room opens to an outdoor patio with views of the Heron Pointe Golf Course.
The main bedroom boasts a plush king bed and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a detached bath, while the third bedroom also has two twin beds and shares an attached bath.
Enjoy your favorite beverage on the cozy back deck with its expansive view. Bathroom amenities include starter kits with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.

*The house is located in Sea Pines gated community that requires a car pass. Guests are required to purchase a weekly rental, car pass at the main gate for $20 in CASH only.

Please note: The neighborhood HOA regulations prohibit parking of commercially marked vehicles within the plantation. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
